Transportation Information for Camp Emmanuel Youth Flying Out of State

 

Are you sending your child to Camp Emmanuel from out of state? We've got you ! Here's everything you need to know about transportation arrangements:

 

Airport Pickup:

 

• Campers flying in from out of state should plan to arrive at Denver International Airport between 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on June 23rd.
• Our dedicated staff will be waiting at the airport to greet campers and assist with check-in.
• Campers will be escorted by our staff to board buses that will transport them directly to Ponderosa.

 

Departure Flights:

• To ensure smooth transportation logistics, departing flights must be scheduled for after 3:00 PM on June 29th.
• Please make sure to arrange your child's departure flight accordingly.

Flight Details Form:

• We'll be sending out a separate form for parents/guardians to provide detailed flight information for their child.
• This form helps us coordinate transportation and ensures the safety of all campers.
• Be on the lookout for this form in your email inbox.

Safety and Supervision:

• The safety and well-being of our campers are our top priorities.
• Rest assured, our staff members will accompany campers at all times during transportation to and from the airport.
