Friday Afternoon and Evening
Arrival and check-in for registered participants will take place in the Bel-Air room found on the lobby level of the InterContinental Hotel.
Dinner will be available in the Garden Court (registration wristband required).
The welcome ceremony and coaches meeting will take place in the evening. Further details will be available on the weekend events schedule.
Games will held at FieldHouse USA, where lunch is provided for registered participants (wristband required).
For registered tournament participants, Saturday evening dinner and entertainment are included. Plans are in the works for this event.
Divine Liturgy will be held in the Crystal Ballroom.
After Divine Liturgy, if you paid for the tournament registration, Sunday's brunch is included and will be held in the Garden Court following Divine Liturgy. Registration wristband required.
Please note, when parking buses at the hotel, please park in the designated lot.
