2017 Camp Emmanuel Registration Information


Online Camper Registration and payment must be completed by 11:59 p.m. MDT, on April 30, 2017. The Youth Essay, Medical Form, Insurance Information, and Agreement and Waiver must be received by May 10 at the Metropolis Office in order for the registration to be complete.  Unfortunately, we can not accept new registrations after April 30, 2017, under any circumstances.  Likewise, substitutions can not be accommodated for cancelled registrations.  Thank you for your understanding.

Junior Session campers must turn eleven years old prior to October 1, 2017.  Likewise, fourteen-year-old campers who will be fifteen years of age prior to October 1, 2017, are considered eligible to participate in the Senior session of Camp Emmanuel.

The Regular Registration Fee is $390 ($370 for additional children in the same immediate family).
Early registration fees,  processed by 11:59 p.m. MDT, on March 31, 2017, will receive a 10% discount.

Financial Assistance

A limited amount of assistance funds are available from the Metropolis Office as part of a generous grant from Leadership 100. Requests should be made in writing by your parish priest to the Metropolis Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries, using the request for Financial Assistance form provided.  This request must include specific circumstances of need and are due to Jenny Stasinopoulos at the Metropolis Office by April 20.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of $100 will be assessed for each cancelled registration.  All registration fees will be subject to forfeit for cancellations taking place after May 1, 2017.

Registrations with the above forms outstanding after May 10, 2017, are subject to cancellation and registration fees will be forfeit.

Document Submission

Please scan camper documents as a PDF in the following order:  Medical Form (pages 1-4, Agreement and Waiver (pages 1-2), and Youth Essay.  Email them to rsinos@denver.goarch.org.  Forms may not be submitted until you have completed online registration.

Registration will be open from March 1 - April 30.
